Green Hotels Global asks for your name, address, email address, and other personal
information when you create an account online. You will also be asked for personal
information when you make an online purchase. This information is used to process
your orders and to allow us to communicate with you. The information also enables
Green Hotels Global to customize products or services to better meet your preferences
and to offer you products and services from Green Hotels Global and other sources
that may be of interest to you.

When you register with Green Hotels Global a profile and property settings are created.
Your profile information, as well as your name, property profile, property photo
(if you submit one), current environmental practices and related carbon emissions
data, are displayed to business travel related companies and internal departments
relying on the Green Hotels Global software system data for carbon footprint reporting,
tracking and disclosure purposes. Green Hotels Global may use information in a customerprofile
without identifying the specific customer to third parties. We do this for purposes
such as aggregating the carbon emissions data of different geographic areas and
establishing industry specific benchmarks. We believe this benefits you by promotion
of your environmental undertakings and the tracking of your property's carbon emissions
to relevant parties interested in identifying hotel properties that meet their minimum
environmental requirements.

even after removal, copies of customer information may remain viewable in cached,
archived or indexed pages on the Website or on Third Party Sites, or if other users
have copied or stored your User Content.
